Project Managment
Unlike other kitchen companies you deal throughout the whole process with your initial designer and his or her assistants.
Your work is designed, technically surveyed, ordered and project managed by your allocated designer, the person you meet when you arrange a quote.
This way there are no discrepancies in what you are told you are having, as to what you actually get.
Any problems on site can be quickly addressed , on site if necessary, as everyone knows who is doing what and everything is written down in black and white for all parties to work to.
Nearly every other company will send you a salesman first, then someone else to survey the job, then someone else to order it and someone else again to run the job.
We take pride in our work, so we like to do it the right way. The only way that works.

Buying a new kitchen is a stressful time for any husband, for all kinds of reasons and I shouldn't have to explain why...
However, we didn't feel pressured at any time, and you didn't badger us even after you provided your quotation. This enabled us to think things through properly and for the boss, Tina, to change her mind several times as women do.
This was in notable contrast to the other firms, who having quoted very high prices to begin with pestered us to death, bad mouthed everyone and kept knocking money off on each phone call. It made us feel that we would have been ripped off by these other companies and we couldn't trust them.
During the installation, we expected there to be the odd problem, as there always is. However those that did arise were dealt with promptly, courteously and without fuss or bother.
All in all, Tina and I are delighted with the outcome and I have lots and lots of brownie points..
